Not Good News

I'm not sure I want to know what has to happen to fix this,  let alone how this is going to impact our schedule. PM is coming to look at it tomorrow.

  4. Did someone hit it with something? It looks like several blocks have shifted. I hope it's not a difficult fix and that it doesn't push your timeline back.

  5. My best guess is that the truck that delivered our latest set of supplies. Something struck the foundation sometime Friday or Saturday, you can see that damage on the 2nd block down on the corner. That knick wasnt there on Thursday when I visited the lot, and I don't believe they did any work since then.

    1. We'll see what my PM says tomorrow. From the look of it the majority of the front garage wall will need to be addressed. There are cracked blocks almost 15 feet away from the corner.

  10. talked to my PM today and he said that it really shouldn't delay Us. they are going to temporarily brace the Beam that is running across the garage and continue working on the second story. The bad news is that they have to replace the entire front wall of our garage since its cracked about halfway down and there's some damage further down the wall
