Went by today and they had finished grading the land and finished up the crawl space. Another bonus, the wood for the floor joists and subfloor is on site! PM says that if the weather cooperates, they will start on the joists Friday!
You will want to check that Grading as you progress through the build.. Head to the build site after a good rain to see where the water flows and look for water trails! It doesn't look like you have a walk-out, however water could still collect around the foundation.
