Carpet and Minor Exterior Updates

Took a trip out today and was happy to see that our carpets had been installed! Did a quick look and the seems looked good, so lets hope I'm saying the same thing 2 weeks from now at our pre-settlement walk through. They also finished up our shutters and accent trim on the outside! We're a few stone steps and gutters away from a finished structure!

    Your shutter colors look great with the stone. It really brings the colors out in the stone. So close to moving in.

    It's looking good! Make sure to check the transitions from carpet to hardwood/laminate. There are whole strips in our house that have nails that poke up. They said they would fix some at our 30 day, but not all of them.

    shutter and stone color are spot on.. very elegant. Love the front porch too (we did not get one, but this looks amazing).
