Jessica, I have been waiting to see some post move in pics and posts from you guys! Excited that you've gotten there. Id also like to talk to you husband about your attic, and see what you guys ended up with for storage area.
Congrats Brian. Looks like we will be neighbors, I snapped the same pick but for lot 129 today! My wife, 2 kids and I are having a Rome built and look forward to wrapping this whole process up.
Awesome! We really liked 129 when we were picking out lots. I'll be heading back tomorrow as my future mother-in-law has let me know that the clearing is complete! Now we just have to wait for the county to come through with the building permit so they can really get moving. Hoping to hear from our PM soon.
No blogging here. I went out and walked our property today a few times, can't wait to really get the ball rolling. The Rome being built at the end of our street is really going up fast, but I remember their lot being cleared for a few weeks before construction. The county seems to be a bit sluggish on approving these.
A few days ago I think it was you and your wife I saw passing me while looking at the property. Do you guys drive a red 350z? If so I was in the white Nissan Titan.
So far everyone in the neighborhood seems pretty cool, I met the two neighbors to the left of my property today. I think we will all enjoy this area very much.
I went by today as well. The Palermo in 85 has FLOWN up. I know they are closing in a few weeks. I also talked with our SR and I think they have a good process figured out with the county for everyone who builds AFTER we do.
That was not us. I have a black SUV, and she drives a whit Altima, but I think I have seen you in the model once or twice.
I agree, the neighborhood seems really awesome. We met our across the street neighbors (I think we're talking about the same people) and they seem really nice. Sherita and I have also been hooked up with a "Partnership of Neighbors" Facebook group and they have a ton of good info, and a lot of social events. Find me on Facebook and I can add you as well.
Hi Ernest, that was my husband and I in the 350Z....scoping out everyone else's lots. :) Nice to meet another future neighbor. You can find me on facebook as well. (Sherita Parks) Happy building!
This is such an exciting time. One day you have a cleared lot and a couple of weeks later you're framed out, your house is wearing a spacesuit, and you have a roof on top!
You are right in line with us ! My husband and I signed our contract a few weeks ago and they are suppose to lay down the foundation within the next few days. Exciting times !
Yay! How exciting :)
